Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Temporary Female Marketing Executive to join our team for the Saudi Wood Expo 2024. This role will be critical in representing ABCO Building Materials at the Expo, ensuring our products are showcased effectively to potential clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and execution of marketing strategies for the event.
Coordinate and manage the display of our products, including doors, door accessories, adhesives, hand tools, power tools, and hardware items.
Engage with visitors and potential clients, providing detailed information about our products and services.
Support the sales team in generating leads and capturing customer information.
Monitor competitor activities and gather market intelligence during the event.
Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth operation of our booth and activities at the Expo.
Provide daily reports on event activities and visitor feedback.
Qualifications:

Preferred Nationality: Philippines, Syria, Egypt, or Lebanon.
Gender: Female
Experience: Prior experience in marketing, event management, or sales, preferably within the building materials industry.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work under pressure.
Language: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Availability: Must be available for the duration of the event and any required pre-event preparation.
