Job Profile:

1. Prepare instrument index by understanding the P&ID.
2. Preparation if various instrument data sheets by understanding process data / mechanical piping.
3. Good knowledge in reading the mechanical GA / piping / other inter discipline drawings.
4. Preparation of IO list, PLC GA & Wiring diagram.
5. Preparation of Instrument Hookup Drawings / AutoCAD 2D, 3 D/ Navis works.
6. Prepare termination schedule and Loop diagram for various instrument / vendor packages / PLC.
7. Instrument , handling of various liquid analyzers – Installation, startup.
8. Understanding of Electrical control scheme / MCC drawings.
9. Basic understanding of ELV system like CCTV, Telephone, FAP, HVAC systems.

Candidates with experience in STP project are preferred.
